Draft Registration

I do not see Draft Registration as an event in the drop down box. How have others recorded this in their data? Is Event (Misc) the most appropriate?

I'd create a new event type, called Military Draft:
View > Event Types
Data: > Add New Event Tag

I needed a new event today when searching on Ancestry.com. Try the following:
1. Chick View > Event Types.
2. With the Event Types box open, click Data > Add New Event Tag

You will be adding data to the TAG and Name boxes, along with other changes. (Click ? to open the help page for this box.) You can even change the sentence used by the new template.

To see the existing event types, click View > Lists > Event Types.

That did work. I had never seen how to enter new event types before.
